Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice o Prior military service

Prior civilian or military law enforcement

Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing

Must possess a current and valid driver's license
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
- Must have one or more of the following:
- A minimum of one year documented management/supervisory experience, preferably in a security environment
- A minimum of two years of security-related experience
- Must have verifiable employment experience using intermediate or higher Microsoft Office Suite experience to include complex Excel spreadsheets, Access Database, Power Point and Word documents and presentations

Physical Requirements and Environment
Environment: Office; minimal work in extreme temperatures is expected
Major activity: Working on PC while sitting, telephone use, overseeing field operations
Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, and stretching and reaching.
Specific Duties and Essential Functions

Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site is performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training of all Phoenix Holdings Group Site Supervisors assigned to the client site)

Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met

Maintain overtime to a preset requirement designated by PHOENIX HOLDINGS GROUP

Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel assigned to the
client site
-
Perform other operations related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, issue
uniforms, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders, assisting Site Supervisors as needed)

Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision

Respond to client requests
-
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases, communications, and presentations
